Grove Ministry

The Grove Ministry of the Ole Miss BSU serves multiple purposes. Several times every football season, BSU members meet after the game is over to help clean up the Grove. Around 70-100 students usually volunteer and with such a large group it only takes a few hours to clean the entire Grove. While cleaning you get to hang out with your friends and have a good time, but you also get to show to others that you are willing to help out with anything. And that has gotten people's attention.

The university crew responsible for maintaining the Grove has said time and again that the support and attitude of the BSU has been exemplary. In addition to being such a large help, the BSU also gets paid for each student that helps. All of these funds go to Summer Missions and sending our students across the United States and the world to tell others about Jesus Christ. The Grove Ministry has been one of the largest fund raisers for our Summer Missions goal the past few years.
